1. The service

TransferGrapevine ("the Service") is a free information service providing structured summaries ("Claims") of third-party football-transfer reporting and statistical predictions derived from them. By using the Service you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the information; disclaimer

• Claims are summaries of third-party reporting, not assertions of fact by us. Always consult the linked original source.
• Transfer probabilities are statistical estimates computed mechanically from public reporting; they do not guarantee future events.
• Nothing on the Service is betting, investment or other decision-making advice. We accept no liability for losses arising from such use.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or availability.

3. Intellectual property

• Text, data structures and design authored by the Service belong to the operator. Personal, non-commercial quotation with attribution is welcome.
• Photos are displayed under their Wikimedia Commons licenses (credits shown); reuse of an image is governed by its own license.
• League and club trademarks belong to their owners. The Service is not affiliated with any league or club.

4. Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the Service (excessive load, form abuse, exploiting vulnerabilities) or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Corrections & removal

Errors and rights complaints are handled via the corrections form; we review and act promptly. Corrections & removal requests

6. Changes; governing law

These terms may be updated and take effect when posted here. They are governed by Japanese law, with the Tokyo District Court as the agreed court of first instance.
